Who we are

MobileDetailers is the customer-facing mobile auto-detailing marketplace operated by Online Radio Solutions LLC. We connect customers with vetted, insured third-party mobile car-detailing companies that provide on-site vehicle washing and detailing at homes, workplaces, and approved fleet locations.

MobileDetailers is launching service in Washington state, including the Seattle market. Business and messaging questions may be sent to support@mobiledetailers.com.

How users opt in

1. A customer or partner starts account registration at mobiledetailers.com/auth and verifies their email address.
2. During account creation, the user enters a mobile phone number.
3. The user may voluntarily select the separate, unchecked text-message consent box shown below. Account creation and purchases do not require SMS consent.
4. MobileDetailers records the disclosure version, timestamp, phone number, source, checkbox evidence, and request evidence. Users may opt out in their account or by replying STOP.

Program details

MobileDetailers sends recurring transactional messages concerning bookings, payments, schedules, arrivals, service status, reminders, support, and, for partner detailers, job, media-compliance, tip, and payout updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
